2 – Intellectual property and counterfeiting
SACI is the owner of the intellectual property rights and holds the rights of use on all the elements accessible on the website, in particular the texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, architecture, icons and sounds.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, whatever the means or the process used, is prohibited, except with the prior written permission of SACI.
Any unauthorised use of the site or of any of the elements it contains will be considered as constituting an infringement and will be prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.
The employees and managers of SACI-TECHNOLOGY whose image is used on this Site agreed to the use of these iconographic documents within the framework of the Site and only within this framework.

SACI cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment when accessing the site www.saci-technology.com. SACI declines all responsibility for the use that could be made of the information and content present on www.saci-technology.com.
SACI undertakes to secure the site www.saci-technology.com as well as possible, however its responsibility cannot be called into question if undesirable data are imported and installed on its site without its knowledge.

8 – How long your data is stored
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are stored indefinitely. This allows us to automatically recognize and approve subsequent comments instead of leaving them in the moderation queue. For accounts that register on our site (if any), we also store the personal data specified in their profile. All accounts can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except for their user ID). Site managers may also view and modify this information.
9 – The rights you have over your data
If you have an account or have left comments on the site, you can request to receive a file containing all the personal data we hold about you, including that which you have provided to us. You can also request the deletion of your personal data. This does not include data stored for administrative, legal or security purposes.

The comments of visitors may be checked with an automated service for detecting undesirable comments.
11 – Applicable law and jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to the use of the www.saci-technology.com website is subject to French law. Except in cases where the law does not allow it, the competent courts of DOUAI have exclusive jurisdiction.
